Please join us on Sundays at 11:00AM for our Ifa meditation and stretching service Lead by Baba Ifa Shanu Ogun-Lana Efundeji El(Master EL). Calming your mind and body helps you connect your spiritual energy. You may dress very comfortable and bring a yoga mat.. Baba pours libation at 11:00AM sharp.

Our Mentorship program is open to all in our community. Through this program we have a rights of passage for both girls and boys.
Master El gives free consultations for Mentorship and Nationality Training.

Our unique practice of Ifa is coupled with Chun Kuhn taekwondo to foster a more robust physical practice of Ifa through the Orishas: Ogun, Eshu & Oshun. They are the warrior Orishas and the masters of all martial arts as well as some healing arts. The orisha Obatala is the oldest and wisest orisha whom helps us to have wisdom and temperance. We ask Ifa/Orunmila to guide us in all our ways to reach our higher selves and honor the traditions of our Ancesttors.
